While working closely with the Mountbellew Show administrators, the Dotser SuperShow team have been able to develop a new website with a modern and fresh look and feel, optimised for mobile responsiveness, while giving all the capabilities of a well built competition and trade stand management system.
The Committee's requirement was to be able to support over 300 classes, throughout 16 categories, and produce the schedule and catalogue while maintaining an easy to use, vibrant and user friendly website.
The SuperShow team have been able to fulfill their requirements, providing the online platform to allow exhibitors to enter their chosen competitions in a matter of clicks, complete through to processing the payment, receiving their confirmation email, and being able to return at any time to the website to review their submitted entries.
The Show's Trade Stand application process has been streamlined by the SuperShow Management system to allow the Show Committee easily accept applications and review the trade stand applications submitted, approve or add other remarks to the application, in order to track it for their own internal office use and generate views to receive information quickly.
The Show Catalogue output allows the Show to output their exhibitors catalogue, which traditionally would have taken days, in a matter of minutes, once the output format has been decided.
Year on year the SuperShow system is improving, with continued updates to enable the system to be more and more flexible. We are delighted to see the new Mountbellew Agricultural Show website launched and look forward to working with them over the next number of years, improving their SuperShow.
