Tullamore Show Launches 2020 Trade Stands with SuperShow
The Tullamore Show and FBD National Livestock Show use the Dotser developed 'SuperShow' system to manage the competitions and trade stands at the show.
The SuperShow system has improved efficiencies, considerably reducing administration time and costs, while simplifying and automating show procedures. SuperShow has been developed by Dotser, local cloud software company, to critical acclaim in Agricultural Show circles and now boasts some of the largest and most progressive shows in Ireland. SuperShow has proven to be a one stop solution that simplifies and automates the application and payment process for trade exhibitions and show competitions.
The system was piloted in 2013 by Ireland's largest agricultural show, the Tullamore Show with phenomenal results for the organisation. Over 700 trade exhibitors registered and paid for their exhibition space through the online system providing company information, along with product details, special requirements and attaching insurance documentation. Ireland's National Livestock Show takes place on Sunday 9th August 2020 with over 1,000 competitions in numerous show categories including livestock, horses, sheep, horticulture, cookery, and other skill competitions.
The quick adoption of the system by the exhibitors and competitors is testament to its simple layout and staged application process. With the onus on the applicant to submit the information into a secure integrated system, huge pressure is lifted from the organising committee. Applications can be searched, approved and processed very easily which reduces the time spent on both management functions by at least 70%.
The SuperShow system manages the competitions and payments in an efficient and professional manner and frees up show personnel to focus on other vital issues.
Tullamore Show launched the early bird offer for online Trade Stand Applications last week and now businesses can apply online at a discounted rate until Friday 6th December. Visit https://www.tullamoreshow.com to apply online.
